Amplify is a 3-night intensive retreat for women who are done understanding their patterns and are ready to actually break them

You've done the work. So why does your life still feel like the old version of you is running the show?

Joshua Tree, CA · May 29 – June 1, 2026

Awareness doesn't break the pattern. Environment does.

You can name them. You can explain them. You might even coach your friends through theirs.
But when it comes to your own life?
You're still waking up inside the same loop.
Still making the safe choice.
Still postponing the version of your life that keeps pulling at you.

There's a voice in you that says there has to be more than this. And you're right. There is.

But here's the thing nobody told you

You can't think your way out of the life you've fallen into. Not while you're still standing in the middle of it, same routines, same roles, same mental garbage running in the background.

Something has to actually interrupt the cycle.
Not another book.
Not another Instagram post that makes you feel seen for 4 seconds.

A real interruption.
A container strong enough to pull you out of the current so you can finally see where it's been taking you.

you already know the patterns

This isn't a retreat. It's a repeatable process for getting unstuck, compressed into a weekend.

An intensive disguised as a retreat

Here's how it's gonna go

Amplify isn't a "wine and journal" getaway. It's a structured, coach-led intensive built around a three-phase process that Mackenzie has refined through years of one-on-one and group work.

When you've cleared the noise and faced the blocks, something ignites. Not motivation (that fades). Not discipline (that's willpower on a timer). Your inner fire. The thing that makes you think about your next move constantly, with excitement over fear.

You leave with a clear goal, a clear path, and clear next steps. Not a to-do list, but a knowing. The kind where you think: I have no other option. I'm not settling anymore. And it doesn't feel heavy. It feels fun, easy, and resistance-free.

When you're on fire, you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You already know. You just need to stay connected enough to act.

phase 3

Inner Fire

Let it lead

Before you can hear your own voice, you have to leave the room where everyone else's is louder.

You'll be physically removed from the patterns, roles, and environments that keep you looping. In this phase, the mental garbage will get a name. And once it has a name, it has a lot less power.

phase 1

Pull Away

Clear the noise

This is where the coaching hits. In sessions throughout the day, Mackenzie will guide you through your specific fears, stories, and limiting beliefs, the stuff that sounds rational in your head but is actually running the show.

You'll be surrounded by other women who are doing it differently. The more you sit with yourself in this kind of room, the more you know what you want. Not what you think you should want. What you actually want.

Breakthroughs don't happen on a schedule, but they do happen when you trust the process and lean in. By the end of the weekend there will be a moment (or many) that make you different from who you walked in as to who you'll walk out as.

phase 2

Work Through

Face the real blocks

You don't want a girls' trip with a vision board. You want someone to look you in the eye and tell you the thing you already know but haven't been willing to say out loud.

Therapy, coaching, programs, books.  You're not starting from zero. You're frustrated because you're starting from eighty and can't figure out why the last twenty won't move.

3. you do well on the outside

People would be surprised to hear you feel stuck. But you know the gap between how your life looks and how it actually feels.

5. You're ready to be uncomfortable

Not in a dramatic, break-you-down way. In a "I'm going to stop performing and let someone see the real thing" way.

5 signs you might be the right fit

1. You've done serious personal development work

2. You're self-aware enough to know your patterns

4. You're craving depth not distraction

Hi I'm Mackenzie

and I coach women who look like they have it figured out, and privately feel like they're living in a loop

meet your coach

I got into this work because I was this woman. I had the career, the résumé, the external markers of someone who was doing great.

And underneath all of it, I kept making the same choices, keeping the same patterns, and wondering why transformation always seemed to stop right before it got real.

What changed wasn't another book or another program. What changed was getting into a room where I couldn't perform my way out of the conversation. Where someone saw through the version of me I was presenting and said, with love: that's not it.

That's what I do now. I help women stop narrating their patterns and start interrupting them — in real time, in a room, with support.

Amplify is the container I wish had existed when I was stuck in the loop. It's built for women who don't need to be convinced that change is possible. They need to be held accountable to the change they've already committed to.

Here's who it's not for

Amplify is structured, intentional, and designed to surface the things you've been avoiding. It's not a spa weekend.

This IS for you if you've been doing the work and you're ready for the work to actually land.

I'll coach you, but I won't rescue you. You'll be expected to show up, participate, and do your own work.

The small group format means there's nowhere to hide. That's the point. If you're not ready for that level of honesty with yourself, this isn't the right time.

If you're done understanding and ready for the shift, Amplify was designed for this exact moment in your life.

This isn't for you if you're looking for a vacation with a spiritual touch

Welcome to your villa

Amplify Retreatant

My first experience with MAckenzie was through the amplify retreat in San Diego. I wasn't sure what to expect from working with 15 strangers from across the country, but the experience exceeded anything i could have imagined

Together, we built a powerful community of women, broke through personal barriers holding us back, and stepped into the fullest versions of ourselves. Each of us had our own challenges to work through, yet we formed an incredibly deep connection - creating a safe space to be vulnerable, heal and grow. We left not only with valuable tools to continue our transformation but also with a sisterhood of unwavering support. I now carry a renewed sense of confidence, clarity, and purpose and feel more empowered than ever to step boldly into my future.

After attending a women's retreat put together by mackenzie I got the courage to quit on of my five jobs. As of today, I only have four!

I've gone to a lot of retreats, but this one was by far more impactful than I anticipated

As someone who is not shy to doing deep work and has an exorbitant amount of self-awareness, I subconsciously enter these spaces wondering if I'll really learn anything that new or useful, it's more about getting to connect with other people who are also on this path. Not only did I walk away with a deep reverence and feelings of connection with the women who were there, but I walked away with a clear moment of remembering who I am and what really stands in my way. Mackenzie is an incredibly skilled coach and facilitator and I'm continuously blown away by the spaces she creates to help other women, especially me, someone who often feels "unhelpable."
